The County of Butte is seeking a firm/respondent to develop a Flood Safety Plan and mapping products for the City of Oroville and the Butte County operational area in accordance with the Statewide Flood Emergency Response Grant, Round 3 Direct Funding guidelines that are attached to the RFP. This project will improve flood emergency management within Butte County through the development of local and county flood safety plans and maps, and by establishing an Operational Area Unified Command manual, integrating existing local plans into county plans, and provide emergency response training and an execise. Please see attached RFP 112-25 for details and submittal information. Final Date to Submit Questions and Requests for Clarification : June 16th, 2025 Award of Contract : July 23rd, 2025
