The CITY OF LYNNWOOD Public Works Department (City) solicits qualifications from engineering consultants to provide engineering services for Lynnwood WWTP Major Upgrades Project. The City anticipates selecting a consultant based on a combination of compiled scores from the Statement of Proposal submissions and interview results. The City may elect to shortlist up to three firms for in-person interviews, and the final selection will be based on the combined evaluation of proposal scores and interview performance. To be considered for this project, firms must meet the qualifications and satisfy the requirements set forth in this RFP. Project Description The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of conducting a detailed revied of the 2022 WWTP Facility Plan and the City's permit requirements, performing preliminary engineering and environmental studies, and developing design specifications and all pertinent documents to address the project goals and objectives. The CITY OF LYNNWOOD reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (R/W, CN) associated with this/these service(s). Evaluation Criteria Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: consultant team, relevant qualifications and experience, project approach, client references and SOP attachments.
