The City of Lebanon is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a steel storage building for the Lebanon Gas Department. The intent of this RFP is to provide the City of Lebanon with a resulting contract with information concerning the construction and installation of a steel storage building. All qualified vendors interested in providing these services are invited to submit an RFP. The quotes will be evaluated and ranked according to the criteria provided in the full RFP and shall be of the following types either “equal” to or “better than”. Any proposal that fails to meet the requirements of this document may be disqualified from the selection process. PRESENTATION OF WORK AND FEES • The vendor must provide the following information regarding this project: o Design of the building (with drawings) o Type & size of all framing and materials o Gauge, color options and warranties of all roof, wall and trim materials o Identification of materials and installation costs o Any additional or conditional fees clearly identified Deadline: 8/20/2025 2:00 PM.
