Remodeling of a library in Emporia, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a library.
The project includes the remodel and reconfiguration of existing public restrooms. On the main level, the existing restrooms will be modified to provide fully accessible facilities. On the upper level, the existing restrooms will be reconfigured into individual accessible family-style restrooms. Selective demolition and construction work will be necessary to accommodate these changes and integration with the existing building infrastructure. alternate work includes the construction of new enclosed office space on the second story, as well as the removal of select non-loadbearing walls on the main level. Submit all questions about the bidding documents in writing to the Architect. Questions received less than seven calendar days before the bid receipt date may not be answered.
