Lawton Community Schools is soliciting competitive bids for replacing the existing Elementary School Valcom public address system (PA) with the Carehawk CH2000IP PA system. The bid is to be a turn-key solution that is Alyssa's Law compliant which includes, and may not be limited to, everything listed under the Project Specifications. New Carehawk CH2000IP PA system New Carehawk panic buttons for the gym and cafeteria Integration of existing Avigilon and Axis security cameras with Carehawk's Spotlight software Lightspeed voice amplification for a single classroom Integration of existing VitalPBX SIP with the ability to dial classrooms by their room number Integration of existing Valcom classroom buttons using teacher phone numbers Integration with the NFS2-640 Notifier by Honeywell fire alarm system Inclusion of the VCall+ Mobile App Carehawk Admin7 IP Admin Phone for the main office Integration of existing PrimeX clocks Work with LockOut USA to integrate their SmartBoot System Spotlight Software with interactive map Integration of existing Valcom and classroom speakers Amount of SS32IP audio bridges and audio amplifiers are at the discretion of the bidder Removal of old Valcom PA system from the MDF Direct all questions regarding said proposal to Kevin Wanko at kwanko@lawtoncs.org.
