Renovation of a municipal facility in Decatur, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of July 2, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Replacement of Overhead Door #2 of Building #1 of the Macon County Highway Department located at 2405 North Woodford Street, Decatur, Illinois. The project consists of removal of existing door, hardware, frame and discarding of such material and removal of existing operator, hardware and discarding of the same. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for ALL work. Bidders are required to complete the bid form provided by the Decatur Public Building Commission. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informality in bidding. The successful bidder must agree to conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission. 1- Each CHI Overhead Door Series #3216 (R Value 17.54 3 ' track High Lift DES (Double end stiles) Solid Shaft White Six (6) 24'x 12' insulated windows 1 -Each Liftmaster Maxum Jackshaft 3 Phase Operator with Eyes and Push Button Station
