Renovation of a medical facility in Medical Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Scope of work is as indicated on drawings and specifications. In general, the scope includes adding three paging systems in three wards are Eastern State Hospital. The system will utilize the existing speakers & cabling were appropriate, add wall intercom devices, add user consoles in each ward, and replace the existing 2-post data with an Owner provided taller 2-post data rack. BID - DSHS - Eastern State Hospital - Eastlake Nurse Station Improvements - Paging. The undersigned agrees to pay the Owner as liquidated damages the sum of $400.00 for each consecutive calendar day that is in default after the Contract Time. Liquidated damages shall be deducted from the contract invoice after taxes and retainage. ESTIMATED BID COST RANGE: $515,000.00 to $570,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
