Renovation of a mixed-use development in Medical Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,650-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

Work includes roof replacement and improvements to the interior of the building to accommodate changes in the floor plan and upgrades to the plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. Work includes adding a building fire sprinkler system. Alternates include demolition of the adjacent Fire House, exterior window replacement and adding an entry vestibule. Substantial Completion within 270 calendar days after date of Notice to Proceed. Final Completion within 14 calendar days after date of Substantial Completion.
