The City of Norwalk is requesting bids for the Exterior Doors Replacement at Norwalk City Hall Auditorium. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications. Project Summary and Scope of Work for this project shall include but shall not be limited to: 1. Abatement of lead based paint is required to perform this work. Refer to Appendix B. 2. Removal and replacement of doors, hardware and transoms and hardware, including the addition of automatic door openers. 3. Repair and restoration of all associated exterior and interior wood trim, casings and moldings. 4. Cutting, patching and finishing as required to perform the work.
