The scope of work includes full demolition of existing roof system and rotted sheathing, and installation of water and ice shield, synthetic underlayment over water and ice shield, and standing seam metal roof. Bid additive 1 may be selected to replace the existing gutters, at the Citys discretion. Bidders must correctly prepare and submit the documents listed in Section 00 40 00, Bid.
