Demolition, site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 46,000-square-foot, three-story above grade transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for the demolition of a transportation facility.
UND Flight Operations Building McGough Construction, on behalf of the University of North Dakota (UND), is soliciting bids for Bid Package Three (BP3) for the UND Flight Operations Building located in Grand Forks, ND. Scope of demolition and removal work Bid Scope Packages: 1. Building Concrete & Foundation Insulation 2. Waterproofing 3. Earthwork 4. Rammed aggregate piers 5. Steel round pipe piles 6. Elevators The project consists of demolition of the existing UND Flight Operations Building located at Grand Forks Airport and new construction of a 46,000 SF 3-story building. Bid Package #3 consists of building earthwork, building concrete, deep foundations, foundation waterproofing and insulation, and elevators. Bids will be received up to 1:00 PM on June 20 th , 2025. We will accept and respond to questions as quickly as possible up to the bid date. However, please have questions to McGough no later than NOON on 6/11/25.
