Renovation of an educational facility in Beckley, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Painting at Beckley Stratton Middle School SCOPE OF WORK A. Move all furniture from areas of work before commencement and return same upon completion. B. Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and services necessary for and incidental to complete the painting projects within Raleigh County Schools. Raleigh County Schools will provide materials for each project. C. Contractor to store and handle materials in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. D. Installer qualification: Contractor or Subcontractors shall have a minimum of five (5) commercial projects similar in material, design, and scope to that indicated. E. Owner to provide school drawings and Contractor to provide Raleigh County Board of Education accurate measurements for purchasing materials. F. Contractor to apply paint products per manufacturer's specifications. All bidders are required to furnish a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price if the bid is over $25,000.00. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Bonds in the amount of the contract price if the contract is over $25,000.00. The Raleigh County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to make such selection by item or total bid amount as deemed to be in the best interest of Raleigh County Schools, and to purchase materials from vendors participating in state contract or cooperative.
