The City of Parkland, Florida is requesting proposals from qualified, state-certified licensed general contractors, hereinafter referred to as the "Proposer", for roadway improvements within the Pine Tree Estates Neighborhood. The objective of this project is to rehabilitate and restore the existing roadway in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this solicitation. The scope of work will include, but not be limited to, full-depth roadway reclamation, milling and resurfacing, paving, and associated earthwork. Additional tasks will include the removal and installation of guardrails and roadway signage, clearing and grubbing, necessary tree removal, the installation of new pavement markings, and sodding and related restoration activities.
