Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Parkland, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Parkland is constructing the Wedge Preserve Park Community Center and is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a complete turnkey Audio Visual (AV) system. Work includes furnishing, installation, programming, commissioning, training, and documentation in accordance with Drawing Set and the ITB Schedule of Values (SOV). Awarded contractor will be responsible to furnish, install, program, test, and commission every line item contained in the Schedule of Values (SOV). No SOV item shall be considered optional or excluded unless explicitly stated in writing in this document. Last day for questions/clarification 3/12/2026 by 5:00 PM E.S.T.
