Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Parkland, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The project involves the construction of a new parking lot at Terramar Park, located at 6700 West Hillsboro Boulevard, Parkland, FL 33067. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, construction of the parking lot, installation of curbing, drainage infrastructure, lighting, landscaping, and irrigation systems. The project is within an active public park that will remain open to the public during construction. The contractor must demonstrate the capability to perform all work while maintaining strict safety protocols to protect park visitors and staff and to minimize disruption to park activities. All responses must be submitted electronically through the City's official e-procurement platform, PlanetBids. Responses submitted by other means will not be accepted. All public bid openings will be conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams. Submissions received after the submission deadline will not be accepted.
