The City of Parkland is constructing the Wedge Preserve Park Community Center and is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Wedge Preserve Park Security Network Wireless Installation project. The City requires a complete, fully integrated low-voltage infrastructure package for Wedge Preserve Park, including video surveillance, access control, structured cabling, outdoor wireless coverage, field switching, optical backbone transport, and MDF support equipment. The awarded contractor shall provide a turnkey solution including field verification, coordination, procurement, installation, programming, testing, training, documentation, and final acceptance. Items shown on plans but not explicitly written, and items written but not graphically shown, shall both be included where necessary to deliver an operational system. The environment shall be implemented as a hardened, enterprise-grade municipal system consistent with City standards, existing Avigilon / Motorola video and access-control ecosystem requirements, and standard defense-in-depth security practices for public-sector infrastructure. Complete and return the Non-Disclosure Agreement form to obtain plans for this solicitation.
