Renovation of a residential development in Idaho Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This Request for Bids (RFB) invites proposals from qualified contractors to carry out a full roof replacement project for a residential property. The scope includes removing the existing roof, installing new roofing materials, and completing all necessary preparations and clean-up. Proposals should include the supply and installation of all materials as outlined in this document. The project includes: Removal and disposal of old roofing materials. Replacement of damaged or rotten decking, where necessary, at market pricing. Installation of underlayment, drip edges, ridge vents, pipe jacks, and flashing. Compliance with all local building codes and manufacturer warranty requirements. Daily clean-up of the site and a final quality assurance inspection upon job completion. Optional upgrades such as gutter replacement, additional ventilation solutions, or skylight replacement may be proposed separately.
