Clear Creek County (County) is soliciting professional services through a Request for Proposals (RFP) from highly qualified and experienced firms to provide design and construction services for the Clear Creek County Sport Shooting Park outdoor shooting bays. The project is funded through the Clear Creek County General Fund. The County reserves the right to negotiate optional items and/or services with the selected Respondent. The County does not assume responsibility for reimbursement of costs incurred by Respondents in replying to this RFP. The County will not reimburse Respondents for any costs associated with the preparation and submission of said submittals or in the preparation for and attendance for an interview. The County reserves the right to reject any or all responses, or select the response most beneficial to the County. The County reserves the right to modify the requirements of this RFP.
