Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond (Submittals) payable to the County for an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. The County will, within ten (10) days after the opening of the Bids, return deposits of all Bidders except those posted by the three lowest Bidders, whose deposits will be returned upon final award and execution of the contract between the successful Bidder and the County, and after a satisfactory contract Bond has been executed. Guaranty Bonds in the form of a Performance and Payment Bond in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Bid Price will be required of the successful bidder.
