Statement of Work: The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Engineering is requesting quotes for the purchase of a lithium-ion battery storage cabinet and exhaust monitoring system comparable to the CellBlock Max Cabinet and CellBlock Exhaust Monitoring System. The system must provide safe and secure storage of lithium-ion polymer batteries, ensuring temperature and smoke monitoring, smoke and fume filtering, fire suppression, and overall safety features for both internal and external environments. The storage cabinet must adhere to all relevant standards for battery storage, fire safety, and workplace safety protocols. DWR requests that all relevant user manuals, safety instructions, operational guidelines, service manuals, and warranty information be supplied via electronic format by the determined delivery date. Provided manuals must adequately inform DWR staff how to safely operate the entire system and all of its features.
