Place of Performance: Various location along the Southwest border The United States Border Patrol (USBP), Program Management Office Directorate (PMOD), Cross Border Tunnel Threat (CBTT) will solicit proposals from the Open Market to perform "Persistent Surveillance Detection (PSD) System Expansion" along with the Southwest Border. The contractor will provide to provide continuous detection capabilities in high-risk areas. This capability also includes the ability to find links to existing infrastructure and to locate (within a certain degree of accuracy) the point at which a tunnel crosses the border. Additionally, USBP requires the capability to forecast the trajectory of a detected tunnel to the suspected entrance on the Mexican or Canadian side of the border, and to estimate the subsurface path to the exit point on the U.S. side of the border. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
