Contractor shall perform as-needed asphalt construction services on the Water Authority's right-of-way, access roads, or facility properties located throughout San Diego County, from the northern San Diego County line (Fallbrook) to Otay Mesa. The Water Authority's aqueduct system runs through various jurisdictions which among others, include San Marcos, Escondido, San Diego, Poway, Lakeside, La Mesa, El Cajon, Chula Vista, and the County of San Diego.
