The County of San Diego is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in becoming a pre-qualified bidder for the County of San Diego for public works projects Requests for Bids in accordance with Board of Supervisors Policy F-41 ("Offerors"). Offerors found to be qualified as a result of this RFSQ ("Qualified") will be qualified to bid on County public works projects requiring prequalification for twelve (12) months starting on the effective date of prequalification and shall appear on the "Qualified County Public Works Project Contractor List" during that time. The effective date of prequalification will be the first day of the first quarter following issuance of the RFSQ (for example; qualification as a part of an April RFSQ shall commence July 1st) or the date actually prequalified if such prequalification occurs after the beginning of the subsequent quarter. Question Deadline 07/10/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Questions regarding this RFSQ shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer Martha F. Trevejo, Sr. Procurement Contracting Officer, Martha.Trevejo@sdcounty.ca.gov. The County's decision about the timeliness or responsiveness of any submitted document shall be final, and the County has the discretion to waive or not waive any defect or nonconformance.
