This project will renovate various restrooms throughout 4 buildings, including B3338, B123, B82, and B61. Work involves Removing/Replacing all wall/floor finishes, Remove and Replace all Bathroom Fixtures (water closets, urinals, sinks, showers), bathroom partitions, bathroom accessories, lighting, and exhaust fans. The intent of this project is to maintain the same layout while providing a more aesthetically pleasing environment. Be advised the SOW listed on the part 6 attachments (Drawings) is not accurate please follow the SOW provided in Part 3 (Part 3 supersedes part 6). We have requested Record Drawings to assist however we have not received them at this time. The purpose of this requirement is to have the contractor provide Design Build for two (2) bathrooms within building 3338, three (3) bathrooms within building 123, two (2) bathrooms in building 61, and one (1) bathroom in building 82. The scope will renovate architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems within the envelope of these eight (8) restrooms. This projects intent is to modernize the aesthetics and functionality of these spaces, but each will retain existing materials (See RFP Part 3 for specifics). The Period of Performance (POP) is 360 calendar days for the base bid (including 15 calendar days for submission of performance and payment bonds, certificate(s) of insurance, construction schedule(s), etc.) for a total contract/task order Period of Performance (POP) of 360 calendar days from the Task Order award date. All RFIs shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM, Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), on May 28, 2025 via email to **REDACTED**. Any RFIs submitted after the cutoff date may not receive a response. Liquidated Damages, the Liquidated Damages cost per calendar day past the established contract completion date is $500.00. Bid Guarantee, Bid Bonds are required for this RFP in the amount of 20% of the proposal price. Performance and Payment Bonds -- Construction, Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required for this project. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 6-25-2025.
