Renovation of a medical facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection of General Contractor for the E939-00 PAU Washroom Project. The project is to convert an existing office within the PAU department at VGH ground level to a washroom / shower room to meet clinical needs (all anti-ligature products). As part of the project, an adjacent ED Nursing change area is to be renovated for a Staff washroom / shower as well. In combination of the VGH PAU Washroom project, this additional work will add washroom facilities for nursing staff in the ED staff lounge. This will require the relocation of one non load bearing wall to increase available area, Concrete slab modification to accommodate drainage including potential trenching, structural review and modification.
