Purpose-built, wood-framed Supportive Complex Care Housing (CCH) project in the Vancouver Coastal Region. The project will include the development of approximately 43 supportive housing units, 23 shelter units, and 20 standalone complex care health units. TIMELINE: NRFP for Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables for the project has closed ana preferred proponent has yet to be identified. Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract (the "Contract") with an experienced, qualified supplier (the "Supplier") to provide Prime Consultant and Architectural Services for Supportive Complex Care Housing. The successful Proponent's team shall have extensive design and construction experience and collaboration with health authorities, stakeholders, social service providers and the Operator. They will be responsible for creating a plan that is both compelling and practical as well as leading a Design Charette with project partners. The resulting plan should embrace strong theories of safety and security, environmental and social sustainability, quality of place, and reflect economic and financial realities. The successful Proponent will be responsible for the professional quality and technical accuracy of all designs and documentation they submit for approvals from authorities having jurisdiction and BC Housing's review and sign-off.
