Renovation of a medical facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection of a General Contractor for the E447-00a Main Alley Health Care Facility project. The project is to construct a Health Care Facility including medical imaging. Scope of work includes the amalgamation of 3 existing suites, L1L-01 on the lower level 1, and 01-13 and 01-17 on Level 1, into one suite containing a Group D major occupancy. This tenant improvement works is classified as a change of major occupancy. Work in includes demolition, construction (walls, raised floor, doors, millwork, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing & life safety). The project area is 1140 sqm. Refer to the project schedule below for key dates. An important consideration is that the diagnostic suite for x-ray and the communications room need to be occupancy ready for owner equipment installation and owner consultant reviews by May 8, 2026.
