New guardrails, cane rail, handrail at interior stairs. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 06/16/2025 at 10:00AM EDT for filed sub-bids The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: replacement of exterior ramps and upgrades to interior stairs for life safety. The building shall be constructed so as to meet all requirements of the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the plans and specifications for The Northern Essex Community College, General Services and Science Buildings B & E Ramp and Stair Upgrades, Haverhill, Massachusetts. The work will include all operations necessary to deliver the building(s) and ancillary on and off site amenities in a fully installed and operable condition including all utility and site work and obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and certificates. Where utilities exist within and adjacent to the building(s) and ancillary parking lots, and are known by the Owner, they have been shown on the site plan(s) appearing in, but not restricted to, the exhibits. Connections to these existing utility lines will be the responsibility of the Contractor. The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes all labor, materials, equipment and services required to perform the work described fully in the Drawings and Specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following major work: Construction of exterior ramps and handrails, new interior stair handrails, guardrails, and gates. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and paying for a construction administration software application to be used by all participants on the Project at no cost. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2.
