SCOPE OF WORK: Clearing and grubbing; soil excavation, embankment, backfill, soil stabilization; approximately 150 feet of roadway construction along a curved embankment and providing one maintenance parking stall, inclusive of type B stabilization, base material, temporary asphalt, asphaltic concrete, and concrete; grading and drainage, inclusive of stormwater structures and pipes; vehicular guardrails, bollards, handrails, fencing; sod; pavement marking and signage, inclusive of painted and thermoplastic pavement markings, raised pavement markers, and signs; landscaping removal and mitigation, planting, herbicide and other pest treatment, and planting support and protection; motorized gate installation complete with audio / video call box and wiring for control within the Pilot House; street lighting; electrical coordination, demolition, and installation for the motorized gate and street lighting; and all other appurtenances related to the work presented in the bid documents, code requirements as of the project solicitation, permits obtained by the Owner, and permits to be obtained by the awarded Contractor. Failure of a bidder to attend and sign the attendance sheet at a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will result in the Contractor's bid being rejected. If the bidder does not arrive on time for the Pre-Bid Conference, there is no guarantee that he/she will be allowed to attend. All requests for clarification of an RPQ must be submitted in writing by Thursday, June 19, 2025, by 12:00 PM.
