Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Effort, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Project consists of the clearing and grading of approximately 0.90 acres of land, installing a paved access drive apron, paved ADA parking spaces, gravel access drive and parking area, storm water management facilities, septic system, ADA restrooms, lighting, seeding, landscaping, and a gravel trails. Question Deadline 06/19/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All bidding documents are available at no cost . Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
