Site work for a civil project in Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.

The Project includes the following Work: Water Tower Rehabilitation: Work includes improvements to the water storage tower generally described as vent installation, ladders, ladder gates, riser grate, cable safety climbs, hatch, overflow pipe with flapper/screen, foundation improvements, interior coating system, exterior coating system including lead containment, valves, hydrants, site restoration and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Alternate No. 1 shall be a tank mixing system. Alternate No. 2 shall be painting 2 buffalo logos on the tower. Water System Improvements: Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for constructing approximately 600 linear feet of 6-inch waterline; 895 linear feet of 2-inch waterline; associated directional drill installation where necessary; valves; hydrants; water service connections; water service meters; water service meter pits; connections to system; existing pipeline abandonment; grass seeding; gravel surfacing; erosion control and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. A pre-bid conference for the Project will not be held. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen.
