PreBid Date: Not Furnished The construction of a 7761 square foot post and beam structure. The post and beam building shell structure is a direct purchase by the City, erection of the structure will be the responsibility of the General Contractor. The structure will include but not limited to restrooms, catering kitchen, open seating area, storage, mezzanine, bridal suits and office space.
