Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.

The proposed work includes: bridge replacement, roadway approaches, guardrail, and related items. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of Kansas City, MO reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
