**As of September 17, 2025, bids received were rejected. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** While the Scope of Work section of this document will provide more detail, the general scope of the project being solicited in this ITB is for the repair/remodel of the structure at 1001 Cedar Drive, Belleair Beach. The project includes demolition and construction of the following building elements: electric, HVAC, windows, drywall, painting, roof, flooring, and hardware installation. Questions from prospective bidders must be submitted only to the DPC and will be received up to: 1:00 p.m. on July 2, 2025. Inquiries or requests for clarifications of any information contained in the ITB must be received in writing in the manner set forth above. All inquiries, suggestions or requests pertaining to this ITB must be submitted to the DPC. This deadline has been established to maintain fair treatment for all potential Proposers, while ensuring an expeditious evaluation and selection process *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
