Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Pulaski, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,860-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Pulaski, Virginia (Grantor), on behalf of Calfee CCC LLC (Property Developer), is soliciting sealed bids from general contractors to Phase II to rehabilitate the existing historic Calfee Training School building for a community and cultural center. Phase I of construction work was completed in December 2024 which included completion of a childcare facility with 3 classrooms, offices, support facilities, and a warming kitchen. Construction documents from this phase are included in the bid package documents. Future phases are anticipated to include completion of the childcare/preschool facility, museum commemorating local African American history, event and office spaces, and a computer lab. Contact A.
