Summary: Installation of new pumps, appurtenances, controls, and communications and construction of a new, 150,000-gallon, 150 foot tall elevated water storage tank, valve vault, and . Hilton Village: Installation and connection of a new pressure-reducing valve (PRV) interconnection between the Town of Pulaski and PCPSA water systems and construction of 8,700 LF of 8-inch water line, miscellaneous appurtenant piping, site work, and utilities. Riverbend Subdivision: 3,000 LF of 6-inch water line, miscellaneous appurtenant piping, site work, and utilities. The Owner encourages participation and bid submission from any Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and/or Minority or Women Business Enterprise (MBE or WBE) capable and otherwise qualified to perform work defined by this construction contract. Owner reserves the full and unconditional right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids.
