Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Pulaski, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the installation and connection of a new Backwash Tank at a water treatment plant, including miscellaneous appurtenant piping, site work, utilities, and facilities. Bids must be submitted on a firm Lump Sum basis for each item in the Base Bid Schedule, with the total price being the cumulative sum of all items. Each bid must include bid security, and the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds. The Work will be substantially completed within 450 calendar days after the date when Contract Time commences to run, and all Work will be completed and ready for Final Payment within 480 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run.
