The City of Anaheim ("City"), Central Purchasing Office ("CPO"), on behalf of the Public Works is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to qualified respondents for Furnish and Install Two (2) Entry Monuments The City is seeking to purchase two (2) City Entry Monuments, one that reads "BEACH" and the other that reads "BOULEVARD". The City is also seeking the installation of these monuments. CPO issues this request for proposals ("RFP") to qualified respondents to perform an informed procurement of the services described in the Scope of Services section that meet the requirements and standards described in the Scope of Services section (collectively, "Services(s)"). After selecting a successful respondent, the City will negotiate an agreement for the Services that substantially conforms to the requirements stated in Model Contract. Any Agreement between the City and the successful respondent would take effect following approval by the City Purchasing Agent and City Engineer. Anaheim reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time, enter into agreements with one or more respondents, or procure services through other means. Anaheim may also issue a new request for proposal that supersedes and replaces this RFP.
