The City of Anaheim is seeking Proposals for Aluminum Chlorohydrate 50% Solution (ACH) for Lenain Water Treatment Plant Supply & Delivery. City of Anaheim (City) desires the services of a qualified Contractor to provide Aluminum Chlorohydrate 50% Solution (ACH) for the Lenain Water Treatment Plant located in Anaheim, California. Acceptable proposals must include everything necessary at the Contractor's expense, including but not limited to all labor, prep work, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and the like required to perform and complete the required work. City does not imply or commit to purchasing a specific quantity during the agreement term. Please make sure to provide a proposal on all lines in the electronic pricing table or it may deem your bid a non-responsive. City may make awards to multiple respondents if it is in the best interest of the City to do so. City does not imply or make any commitment to purchase a specific quantity during the term of the agreement, the estimated quantities are for a one-year period, City reserves the right to add, change, or delete items. Where specific manufacturers and part numbers are listed in the pricing proposal Line Items, only those manufacturers and part numbers are allowed. Substitutions or Alternates are NOT acceptable. If the manufacturer or Respondent has any exceptions (variations, deviations, deletions, additions, and the like) from these Specifications, they must state precisely what those exceptions are and any impact on form, fit, or function in its proposal. The City reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject those exceptions, and the City's decision is final. Therefore, the Respondent understands and acknowledges these requirements and conditions by submitting a proposal. All items must meet or better all applicable Federal, State, and local requirements and all applicable OEM requirements. After selecting a successful respondent, the City will negotiate an agreement that substantially conforms to the requirements stated in the attached Model Contract. Any Contract between the City and the successful respondent would take effect upon execution by both Parties.
