SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group Inc. on behalf of Kaufman County Fresh Water Supply District No. 7A for construction of both the Utility Improvements for Mabrey Meadows, Phase 1B and the Paving Improvements for Mabrey Meadows, Phase 1B. Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier's check payable to Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group Inc. on behalf of Kaufman County Fresh Water Supply District No. 7A in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and bidder/contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the bidder/contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group Inc. on behalf of Kaufman County Fresh Water Supply District No. 7A reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
