The densification of base and sub-base soils, filling voids, undersealing, or raising of concrete pavement slabs by furnishing and injecting polyurethane material under the pavement and into the base and sub-base soils at locations throughout the City and as determined by the City of Mesquite Streets Division. This work shall include but is not limited to, a pre & post survey of the designated area, drilling injection holes, saw cutting of locked slabs, placing of material, testing and surveying to monitor and control lift of the pavement to a positive grade, clean up after lifting, provide construction barricading including electronic arrow boards and all other related work. 1.2 SUBMITTALS A. The materials used for raising and/or undersealing concrete pavement shall be a closed cell, hydro-insensitive, high density polyurethane system, such as NCF Terra- Thane I-24-003 or Uretek 486 or equivalent meeting the following minimum requirements.
