Site work and renovation of a civil project in Kaufman, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope Installation of a new 30,000 hydropneumatic tank and associated electrical and site improvements at an existing water supply plant. Question Deadline 08/29/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Questions received less than three working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Verbal discussions and answers are not binding. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Windmill Farms Water Treatment Plant Hydroneumatic Tank Improvements is located outside the City of Forney E.T.J., Kaufman County, Texas. The project consists of hydroneumatic tank improvements at the areas water plant. The improvements consist of a 35,000-gallon hydroneumatic tank with all appurtenances and a 400- kW generator to replace the existing onsite generator including a new generator pad. The existing 12,000-gallon pressure tank will be removed. Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashiers check payable to EQK Bridgeview Plaza LLC on behalf of Kaufman County Fresh Water Supply District No. 1-A in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid.
