St. Johns County is soliciting a quote from a qualified Contractor to provide all labor and materials required to repair Tennis Courts at Collier Blocker Park at 10 North Holmes Blvd., St. Augustine, FL 32084 in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair Tennis Courts at Collier Blocker Park at 10 North Holmes Blvd., St. Augustine, FL 32084. o Contractor shall provide all licenses, permits, insurance and bonds as required. o Contractor is responsible for any and all locates. o Contractor is responsible for the removal and proper disposal of all materials associated with the project and shall restore disturbed areas back to existing conditions. o Work shall be performed in accordance with the scope of work. o Contractor is responsible for any damages to existing structures caused in the course of the work and shall repair/or replace as necessary, at no additional cost to the County. o Site Visit is recommended prior to submittal. o Repairs must be during operating hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00PM EDST. SPECIFICATIONS: o Mobilization o Demo existing court fence ONLY south & east sides; dispose of fence off site a) South fence replace 10' fence due to damage; East side replace 4' tall fence w/ 10' tall fence o Furnish & install new 10' tall, galvanized chain link w/ top & mid rail, bottom wire on South & East sides o Furnish & install (1) 4' walk gate on east side o Flood courts with water, repair any defects per ASBA and USTA guidelines o Apply approx. 250' of Crack Repair overlay to identified areas o Furnish & install (2) sets of pickleball posts & nets; sleeve encased in concrete footing o Tennis net to remain in place and act as divider between pickleball courts o Install (1) coat of Acrylic Resurfacer. Install (2) coats of Finish Color. (standard colors only) o Paint 2" regulation markings on single tennis court & (2) pickleball courts (white paint) o Only 9-gauge wire is to be used unless vinyl and then 6-gauge will be used o Only Schedule 40 pipe to be installed (including the top rail) o Concrete must be mixed with water before installing in fence post holes o All fences are required to have a 7-gauge spring coil wire installed at the bottom of the newly installed fence o Fence post shall be installed at no more than 8' centers o All gate latches must be of commercial grade o Only KK (double knuckle) to be installed.
