Renovation of a municipal facility in Lafitte, Louisiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of removal and replacement of HVAC units as indicated in the Construction Documents for the Civic Center and Museum at the Leo Kerner Jr. Multipurpose Complex. Each Rid must be accompanied by certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond acceptable to the owner in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, including all alternates, and payable without condition lo the owner as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute a contract in accordance with his proposal and all terms and conditions of the contract documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond guaranteeing faithful performance *All bids were rejected. The project may be rebid at a later date.*
