Value Notes: 300,000 - 400,000 The Contractor shall be sufficiently experienced with municipal HMA parking lot construction/rehabilitation, having completed at least three projects of similar scope (contract having a minimum value of $50,000) within the past five years. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The proposed work is officially known as "FY 2025 COMMUTER PARKING LOT" and consists of HMA Surface Removal, 2" HMA Surface Course, spot Combination Concrete Curb & Gutter Removal and Replacement and Thermoplastic Pavement Markings at 8 parking lots located throughout the Village: 4 Park District lots, 4 Village lots and Holomon Drive. 104.01 Intent of the Contract.
