The contractor shall provide all, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for construction of a project described here along with other specified tasks as further defined in an invitation for bid (IFB) for UD Replace B30 RTU-1 Coil & UV Light System (CON) No. 646-25-404. The project shall be completed in accordance with current VA guidelines, EPA requirements, VA Specifications and developed specifically to meet local requirements for the UD Pittsburgh VAPHS in Pittsburgh PA. The resultant contract of this procurement is to provide required completion of the referenced project and perform construction. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to procure construction services for the UD Pittsburgh VAPHS. The selected offeror shall provide all management, supervisions, labor, transportation, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the construction of project #646-25-404, UD Replace B30 RTU-1 Coil & UV Light System (CON) per the construction drawings and specifications. Project shall be completed in accordance with all current VA standards at the time of award. Wage Determination PA20250001 dated 03/28/2025 applies to this solicitation. The Contractor shall be responsible for the correct title of classification of workers and compliance with applicable wage and hour laws. This project is being solicited as a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside, providing SB certified SDVOSBs the opportunity to bid. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Small Business size standard is $45 million. In accordance with FAR 36.204, The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A site visit will be held on 6/26/2025 at 10:00 AM ET.
