**As of August 22, 2025, project was awarded to Moret Construction Company , for the General Construction Contract, with a Base Bid amount of $729,000 and accepting Alternate Bid #2 in the amount of $72,000.00 for a total contract award $801,000.00** The Fox Chapel Area School District is receiving Bids on the following Contract: General Construction The Fox Chapel Area School District the Owner will receive separate sealed Bids for the above Construction Contract on the above Project until the time and date and at the place scheduled below. The Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in the Staff Development Room at the District Administrative Offices. The clock in the District Administrative Offices will determine the Prevailing Time for the Receipt of Bids. The District invites any interested parties to attend. A Bid Security Form in the amount of 10 percent of the Base Bid Bidder's Qualification and Non-Collusion Affidavit must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
