Site work for a water / sewer project in Elizabethtown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the reinforcement of a failed slope, the installation of a 48" drainage structure out letting to Lake Champlain, and a new roadside stone swale. Bids shall be accompanied by money order, certified check, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price, payable to the Town Treasurer, Town of Westport, Westport, New York. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Incomplete bids will be disqualified. The Town of Westport reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals deemed to be in its best interest. The DBE goal for this project is: 3% Question Deadline 06/26/2025 Bidder's questions five (5) calendar days prior to the scheduled bid opening unless stated bid date is postponed.
