Site work and paving for a civil project in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids, induplicate, addressed to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, LTD, on behalf of the Lone Oak MUD, will be received at the office of the Engineer, HMT Engineering &Surveying, Attn :Zoe Jasso, P.E.,8122 Data point, St 400, San Antonio, Texas. Construction of Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, Drainage, and Paving Facilities for Jaro North Subdivision Unit2 No. 337.101 Scope of Work of the Jaro North Subdivision Unit 2 Contract includes: 1. Approx. 6,172 LF of 8-inch waterline and all appurtenances. 2. Approx. 5,510 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances. 3. Approx. 455 LFof 12-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 21,887 SY of 3-inch asphalt pavement (Local Road). 5. Approx. 26,499 SY of 12-inch compacted base (Local Road) 6. Approx.1,634 LF of varying size storm sewer and drainage improvements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects. In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous or reject the bid.
