The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install complete in place the major work noted below in addition to other bid items identified in this solicitation with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. Project to include the construction of a 37-foot B/B concrete roadway from the Signature Bridge over SH114 to Texas Plaza at Loop 12. The approximate length is 1,500 linear feet. The project will also include a segment of 48-inch diameter PCCP water supply line known as the Jamison Water Supply line. The length will be approximately 400 linear feet and will have tie-in points at Texas Plaza/Loop 12 and within the former Texas Stadium site. The proposed water supply line can only be connected to the existing 48-inch water supply line between November 2025 and April 2026. Two-mandatory pre-bid conferences associated with this solicitation are scheduled. You must attend one. The pre-bid conference is a preferred method of receiving questions and requests for clarifications regarding this project. See Activities tab in this solicitation for more information. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install complete in place approximately eight thousand seven hundred sixty one (8761) square yards of 10" thick reinforced concrete pavement, one thousand seventy four (1074) square yards of 4" thick reinforced concrete sidewalk, and two thousand one hundred thirty two (2132) square yards of reinforced concrete retaining wall and approximately 400 linear feet of 48-inch Jamison Water Supply Line, together with all associated appurtenances, to complete this project at the following locations in the City of Irving: 1.) Texas Plaza Drive from the northbound Loop 12 Frontage Road to the Irving Signature Bridge at SH 114.
